Are they the #2? OSU just slammed a top-10 team in their conference final. Did Bama do that this year? If you look at quality wins, there is no doubt the edge goes to OSU. If you look at quality losses, then the edge goes to Bama.
I would think that the computers would give OSU more pts b/c they just housed a top 10 team by 34 pts., but I think the human polls will keep bama #2. Hope I'm wrong. We'll know in about 20 hours.
Some will. How many is the question. Bama didn't play today. When you are idle, you run the risk of being jumped. Add to this that the voters really need to think long and hard about their vote tonight and it isn't a foregone conclusion that Bama stays at the #2. I don't care what ESPN says. It isn't up to them.
