yeah, that is a bunch of crap about not opening up the playbook too early. just an excuse when the O is not executing the playbook
Well, I'd have to say that last year we hid the offensive playbook pretty well...all season long in fact. :rofl:. Although, I do have to credit Crowton for scrambling the brains of the opposing defenses early on with the Meercat system of running in plays. That gave the defensive players plenty of time to second guess. They even had time to take their helmets off and really scratch their heads before the delay of game flag came flying out. :hihi:.
