All of the above. Now if there would be one one more non 10 win season after that, then it'd be time to talk about his job security.
Wow, lots of optimism here with most votes going to 10 so far, I like that! However, I went with a more reserved guess... 8-4 Loco posted what I was thinking. I lean towards the 8 wins, but I think they may actually win one out of the 4 he listed also. As for UF having some issues, we have to remember that those guys are probably going to work on those big time. I have to think that Urban won't just stand by and let that go on through the season. Also, out of the 4 listed, the only game in death valley is against bama. All in all, if LSU actually learns from the first game and makes real and noticeable improvements, then we can surely go 9-3, even 10-2. That is, as long as JJ doesn't throw the ball to the other team! LOL
I look for LSU to win every game, save for UF and 'Bama. And if we win one of those, we may slip one other game (WVA or Ark). I'd say 10.
I had us at 1 loss in the first thread that asked the same question. I am sticking with my guns, but very reluctantly. I think we lose at Auburn, and win ugly ever other game. Then because we win so ugly, Boise State stays ahead of us and plays Ohio State in the national championship game.
If we were to lose only 1 game, but win over Bama, Florida, WVU and the rest of the SEC West, even uglier than Saturdays game... there's no way a 1 top 25 win would put them over us.
Well we are talking about the BCS so one never knows, ('04 Auburn)... but if it happened like that... you'd have to believe there'd be a total BCS meltdown.
I hope I am wrong but after the bowl game last year I said we would go 6-6.....and not being one to change his mind to often..Im gonna stick with that. Just curious anyone else get an invalid error message when they vote?
