    As a DC he is the man. AS a HC he sucks balls. I think he and potential NFL employers understand that.

    I think I remember reading somewhere that he prefers being a DC over a Head Coach. Although, money does talk...

    I don't know about that. He was extremely upset that he was not chosen for the Redskins job. That's not the demeanor of someone who doesn't want the job.

    Wasn't he the HC for the Bills at one time? I remember them struggling a lot on both sides of the ball. Hope he stays here.

    He was 17-31 in 3 seasons in Buffalo as the HC. He needs to stay right where he is. Payton gave up $250K of his own salary to get him here.
