I thought he was real good last year, the problem last year was he was always a half-step away from making great plays. Looks really good this year, but he did tire easily, maybe a few more games will help in that area.
Nevis looked like a beast out there, at least in the first half if I remember correctly. He was just pushing that center around like a practice dummy!
Nevis is big enough to make plays. You dont have to be a 320 pound fattass to be good.... Then again, some fat slobs on the Oline never hurt...
I recall watching him as a freshman...Dorsey's last year...and thinking he was going to be Dorsey's direct replacement. Hawthorne even mentioned on his broadcast at one point that year that the coaching staff was drawing parallels between him and Dorsey...saying he brought the same work ethic and passion that Dorsey did. We'll see awesome things out of him, I think.
