I wonder if Kaepernick ever mourns the people who died at 911 . Does he kneel when the 911 and American flags are raised.

Do you think he has ever visited a National Cemetery to honor the men and women who died so that he would have the right to dishonor their sacrifice. And then he believed in it so much was willing to stop so he could get a job. He was not a good qb to begin with.

Everyone has a right to protest but be careful when you follow someone who really doesn't believe in what they are doing.

And choose to do it at their job where they are representing people and organizations that may not agree with them.

I for one will never buy another Nike product as long as I live. I am free and I will protest by hoping that company goes out of business. That's my right . And any other company that uses him. I hope the 49ers lose every game they play for eternity. To this day I refuse to buy Pepsi products for that very same reason.

Our flag and national anthem are symbols of our country that honor the ideals that our country was founded on. And the people who give the sacrifice to make sure that we know that freedom isn't free and has responsibilities. I wouldn't like his position if he was doing it on his own time but that is the freedom that our constitution and bill of rights explains. And I would respect but disagree in his premise.

I for one will stand and put my hand over my heart and remove my cap and sing along with pride when I hear the national anthem wherever it is played. And on 911 it reminds me with all our problems that America is still the greatest country in the world.

    God Bless America

Amen brother. Wonder if that horror of a human being Andrew Cuomo thinks "America was never that great" on 9/11.

I don’t see how anyone can be so mad at Kaepernick when the POTUS is a draft dodging coward who shits on that flag every time he opens his mouth. But Kaepernick is a bad guy.

I have no problem with anything Kaepernick is doing nor do I have a problem with Nike. I don’t agree with it, because that flag represents the right to protest so you’re protesting your right to protest essentially, but whatever. Point is he did it it make a statement, peacefully and he has. It worked.

Do we ever think of the hundreds and thousands of black men and women and children who have been systematically picked off by piece of shit cops on their anniversaries? Does that ever cross our minds? Black people don’t fear terrorists, they fear the police.

And that is where Kap’s message was lost. The “sport hunting of black people” narrative.

Yeah I can see that. I don’t think there are police actively hunting black people. But I do think that police treat black people far differently.

There’s that. And there’s the ones who treat poor white people the same. I know that racism exists, but the classism is pretty bad. Too bad no one wants to talk about that in the US.

I disagree. Anyone with a brain can see what he is protesting is absolute fiction.

    Black males act differently.

This sounds terrible, but its true. Based on statistical data that is REAL, black males should be feared by all. But hey, thats just what the data shows.

I am fearful of most and shit-hole area these cops are forced to patrol.

You know, cops deal with just as many women as men. Why dont you think more women are shot?
