I think the Catholics will be leaving this country soon if all of these health care mandates, gay marriages, and girl baseball players are allowed.

 

why am I not shocked that this happened in Arizona, the most retarded state in the country.

 

clearly it was the right thing to do to forfeit. women and men should not play contact sports together. it simply isnt fair to put a high school boy in the position of having to take out a girl at second base to beak up a double play. i admire the school that forfeited.

she was playing because they dont have softball. well, i went to lsu and they didnt have mens soccer. should i have been allowed to get out there are steamroll girls 50 pounds lighter than me that cant run half as fast?

 

Boys girls, men women are not equal. At least the crazy catholic church knows this..

 

I agree with you for most sports but this is baseball. Let the girl play.

have you ever played a contact sport with a girl? it ruins the game. i have played rec league soccer when the other teams lets a girl play. and inevitably she thinks she is awesome because she is the best girl on her girls team and she dribbles around and you afraid to hurt her and you really are not playing a fully competitive sport anymore. it ruins the game. i want to just play, i dont want to worry about some idiot girl on the field. what if i hurt her, i would feel terrible. if i hurt a guy i dont give a shit, i feel great. but a girl on the field ruins the game.

coed softball is crazy fun, she should play that. but it isnt a real sport, its a beer drinking sport. still fun though. but she shouldnt ruin it for the boys who want to play mens sports.

imagine you have a man at third and you are at first. batter grounds to the short who tosses to 2nd for the out. in order to avoid the double play, and allow your man at third to score and win the game, you have to take out th 2nd baseman with your slide? what do you do? instead of being a crazy fun situation for you, its is a nightmare with no possible good outcome. thanks alot, bitch. why even bother playing? why waste the time of 30 people who want to play an actual sport?

 

also baseball and softball are not the same sport. it makes no sense to say "i play baseball because there is no softball team". you might as well say "i play baseball because there is not a womens snorkeling team"

 

Soccer is a very physical sport. Every ball possession is a challenge. If women palyed with men in soccer then there would be a bunch of crippled lesbians that we would have to support. Football, basketball, lacrosse, dodgeball, and water balloon fights are also physical. I do not argue that women should only watch those sports. But baseball is a secondary contact sport. A girl catcher would be a problem, sure. But what about right field? We are talking about this situation from 40,000 feet.

Their league says it is ok. The players on the team had no problem with it. They made it to the championship of whatever league they were in with a freshman girl at 2nd base. Her team and the Sister Mary Catholics played twice without her in the line up and her team won. It is a silly stance. Let kids play ball for Christ sakes.

 

what do you mean the kids dont have a problem with it? one whole team withdrew! the championship game was ruined. like 35 kids had their championship game ruined. they cant get that back. i still remember and love the big games i played in as a kid. i would be furious if i missed them.

if she is right fielder, what do you do if you are the pitcher and you think the other team threw at the ass of your slugger to intimidate him? you have to bean a player on their team. this is definitely a part of baseball. do you hit her? and if you do and she rushes the mound you just let her punch you?
