Actually according to my sources (vegasinsider.com) The LSU vs. UGA game is current a PK (Thats pick em for you non gambling sorts) IE with UGA being the home team, technically LSU is favored (If the home team usually is given 3 pts for home field) I hate to break the news to everyone but Polls and Sports writers are idiots compared to the boys in Vegas (IE they making Stanford a HEAVY favorite over UW) logically that doesnt make sense right (Beat USC, gave LSU a fight). Well guess what Stanford hammered UW. So my point. Ignore polls and message boards. Look at what Vegas does, that is the best barometer of how teams really are matched
Re: How bad do you rthink UGA wins this one? I don't have a good feeling about Saturday because we haven't done anything this year to make me feel optimistic. Oddly enough, this is a liberating feeling. I'll not be nervous before the game Saturday. If we win, great. If we lose, no big surprise. That being said, I will NOT be taking any calls this week from one of my husband's friends who is a fan of the Dawgs. We usually make bets about the LSU/UGA game, and frankly, I'm tired of paying up.

Georgia is probably going to probably use the same defense against us that MS used. I don't know how good Georgia is but their talent if far better than MS. If we keep doing what we've been doing nothing is going to change, except this time our luck runs out.

I've been a Saints fan for years, and they're not always good, sometimes horrible, but faith in my team doesnt make me start hating. If you dont like your team fine, switch over but dont jump back on the bandwagon. I'm so tired of hearing all this complaining about miles, fine someone who can replace 80% winning an SEC AND BCS NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP and then get back to me. As for me, This is my team, i always expect us to win and will continue believing so I believe we will win agaisnt the nations 112th nationally ranked pass defense, because of our wr's Lafell and Tolliver and RJ, i believe jefferson will have a good game and i also believe that you will be eating crow after this game. You should be disgusted in yourself, basically jumping ship because things look bleak. We're 4-0 and #4 in the nation. I dont care that we're looking sloppy, i'd rather be a sloppy 4-0 then losing. So in general all you complaining and bashing, sound like a bunch of benedict arnolds and i have no pity on you. You sound like the people of ESPN. Always jumping on when we do good, but off when we're not. USC lost to a team that had not beat anyone besides Idaho in their last 14 games. But yet they dont give up as much as i hate to say it.

Nobody seems to want to talk numbers and strategy anymore. It's all doom-and-gloom. Expectations are a b!tch...plain and simple. SOME people just don't know how to handle disappointment. They must have been the ones the coaches of their little league teams played even when they sucked and brought the whole team down. :dis:
Re: How bad do you rthink UGA wins this one? so you predict the tigers to win every week no matter what? that doesn't make you a better fan. last year i predicted we would lose to auburn and georgia tech, we won. i predicted we would beat georgia, arkansas, and ole miss, we lost. i was right about florida and alabama. being realistic about your team's chances has nothing to do with being a "punk". it would be hard to take somone seriously if they predicted us to win every week.

I never think we lose it just happens somemtimes. Hell when I was young like you I thought we would win and that is in the 90's. I also dont get down or "jump off the wagon" if we lose a lot
