1. Enjoying it thoroughly. Turkey hunting, crappie fishing, planting the garden, doing some light repair stuff to the big boat, put new floor in the living room, kitchen and dining room, and helping dad fix a few things on his house. Gonna let this little bit of disturbed weather clear out and head back to the camp and spend about 10 days on the turkeys and crappie when they really doing it. Man I am ready to retire and this be life every day. 10 more years.

  6. Heading to the camp right now to do a little perch jerking.

I think the thread title should be changed to "How Are You Enjoying the Time?".
  7. Not much to enjoy but I do enjoy the lack of traffic. I drove across town the other day at a time that is normally rush hour. Normally it would take an hour. Made it in 15 minutes.

And the price of gas. I paid $1.49 at Sam's,Club yesterday. I don't like having to be wary of normal humans interactions. A guy I hadn't seen in 10 years or so was at the pump next to me. He stuck out his hand so I reflexively shook hands with him. Then I thought, "That was dumb. It could get me killed."

Thank God I had some antibacterial wipes with me.

  8. Why do you need to go to the camp? I can do that from the privacy of my bathroom.
  9. Replacing the quarter round on cabinets today since the old stuff is off and getting old. Had to drive to Slidell to get the right color. Was kinda weird to go into a town and it be empty. Haven’t noticed much difference until seeing that whole area around Gause st mostly empty
  10. In south MS? Unfortunately we don’t have turkeys here like we used too. Still some around and enough to hunt but it ain’t what it was 20 years ago.
