Absolutely it does. Is just proves that Democrats have no desire to do anything other than vote the party line. You post a chart that shows in reality that Independents, unless black are the majority. The other numbers aren't really too far off. While Hispanic numbers are higher, why aren't there more Hispanic Democrats in office?

I already asked you why you would NOT include Macroeconomic data? You haven't answered......

No proof of anthing other than wild speculation. All the points you have listed have valid arguments.

And I already showed you the HUGE disparity in ALL of congress for minorities. Its not just a "republican" problem.

And I explained to you that it is not that I have anything against macroeconomic data but it has it's place in the process. The Congressional Budget Office does not include macroeconomic data because it is not their job to do so. Their job is to create an economic baseline. A baseline means that you include only the known factors, only the concrete data. After creating a baseline you then start to create plausible and/or potential scenarios that might result from said legislation and that is the job of the Joint Committee on Taxation. The Republicans want to skip the baseline portion of the process which, in essence and practice, means that they want nothing concrete to impede their ability to say that 5-3=5, or stated otherwise...."we are going to give out these tax breaks and we can't really tell you how it will be revenue neutral....just trust us." Since their notion that massive tax breaks equal revenue neutrality has been dispelled twice now in the past 30 or so years, I guess they have no choice but to change the rules.

Yes, I had answered. This makes the second time I've had to tell you this so pay closer attention

this proves nothing about democrats voting the party line, it is indicative of the fact that the Repulican party is comprised of 90% white people. you asked for evidence of white and right and I gave it to you pal. you really want to talk to me about hispanics? Obama won them 73-27 over Romney, I'm willing to bet it's even worse in 2016 after Republicans have refused to act on immigration, which goes back to GWB who actually wanted to pass immigration reform before he left office.

No, it is a Republican problem. White people make up 72% of the US population. Republicans are 89% White, Democrats are 60%. 13% of the US population are African American. 2% of Republicans are African Americans while 22% of Democrats are African Americans. Hispanics make up 10% of the US population. 6% of Republicans are hispanic while 13% of Democrats are hispanic.

You tried to show that there is disparity in all of congress but you were wrong. You love trying to make false equivalences and this is yet another. The only demographic that the Repulican party represents is vastly white and primarily christian. Sorry but the facts just do not support your story here bud.

Congress is 83% white. 11% more than the white population. Blacks make up 8.6% of congress.

    So much for your theory.

Now shut the fuck up about it.

In your own post, you state that white people are 72% of the population and blacks overwhelmingly vote with the Democrats. It is voting party line as many black conservatives have pointed out. You can pretend it doesn't happen, but that doesn't make it true. As for the Hispanic vote, cool, Santa Claus beat Romney by 70% in the 2012 election, but you still can't dispute that there are more elected Hispanic Republicans in higher office than Democrats. Rubio won the Hispanic vote in Florida at 55%. By the way, where were the Democrats on immigration in 2009 with a majority in the House and Senate and BHO in office?
