    I am an LSU grad and my wife went to Alabama so this is a once in a lifetime opportunity for us. That being said, it is hard to justify spending $2,000 on a pair of tickets when one of us will leave extremely disappointed. We're tempted...but its really just not practical.

    I know this is a stretch, but does anyone know of a "Bi-Partisan" watch party that will host both LSU and Alabama fans? I have buddies pulling together some great parties (really, really, really good) but she doesn't want to watch the game with 300+ LSU fans which is understandable. She is an avid fan for her team as am I.

    We've got a hotel room for three days...just need a little assistance for gameday.

    Mods...please do not delete this thread or merge it since it is a unique watch party request thread. Thanks and Geaux Tigers!!!

    Point of clarification...she is a die hard Alabama fan just as I am a die hard LSU fan...didn't want someone thinking that I in any way, shape, or form pull for the Gumps!

    IMHO: If you want to stay happily married, do not watch the game with her. She will be miserable, and make you miserable too.

    Sorry, no help with where to watch.

    Married 30 years. My best advice;
    • Get a second room
    • each of you go watch the game with your own "People"
    • meet back in Birmingham - DONT DRIVE BACK TOGETHER
    • Agree not to talk about the game for one week
    • If both of you are truely "diehard" fans then I'm not even kidding. Well maybe a little.:thumb:

    Good Luck.

    Looks like the NOLA chapter of the Alabama Alumni Association is hosting a watch party for them at The Rusty Nail.

    What and where is the best LSU party?

    My daughter's best friend is the child of a Bama grad. For peace in the neighborhood to continue, we've placed a moratorium on talking about the game.

    I can't imagine how dicey it would get if I were married to a Gump. Yikes!

    Observations from your post: You are seriously "whipped" and in the process of being trained by this Bama offspring. You are in serious need of sound advice ... Don't listen to KLUKE. You need to divorce her ASAP or turn the tables now ... Here's whatcha do with this one ... and she's no doubt one squirrelly vixen with a degree from BAMA :yelwink2:

    1. Save the $$$ on tickets and take a few days off for the game
    2. Buy best suite available and watch the game alone, just you two*

    *Preferable is to watch the game naked with lotsa electronic devices present to enhance the experience such as those giving mild electrical shock and also use Tiger T-Shirts and a doggie leash with chain so she can do "tricks" while wearing her LSU t-shirt every time LSU scores

    Caution: She may insist on wearing a "strap-on dildeaux" and sticking it "you know where" in the event of an Alabama win ... Since LSU will certainly win the next two games and most likely win the vast majority of games under Miles this decade, your anus is reasonably safe from frequent intrusions and you can add a clause to make her do special tricks in the event of an LSU win ... It rubs the lotion on its skin AND it gets the hose again ... It does this when it's told ... remember, it's about dominanace and she wants your manhood ... I'd make her FEAR THE HAT and I'd wear one whenever she gets the "PENALTY SHOTS" all in good fun

    :shock::shock::shock:

    3. Draw up a "contract" and make agreements that both will follow regarding attendance of LSU & Bama parties alone.
    4. Make sure any male offspring is a Tiger & attends LSU

    Good Luck Tiger, You're in for one wild ride of a lifetime!
