Hotels for Ole Miss

We're staying in Grenada as well. It's the closest room I could find to Oxford when I booked back in August. I stayed in the same hotel that I'm staying at for Ole Miss when I went to the Mississippi State game. I was a little skeptical of the area at first, but that soon subsided. It's a safe little town right off the interstate. It's only 62 miles from Oxford and about 84 miles from Starkville. The Starkvegas drive wasn't bad at all, so I don't imagine the Oxford haul from Grenada will be bad, either...

 

There's a decent little liquor store right down the street in Grenada. Highly recommended. :thumb:

 

Holly Springs, and Batesville are two easy locations, relatively close to Oxford as well.

Hampton Inn in Batesville, 15 minutes from campus. Free Breakfast, free net.

I am coming back to Madison.

 

I recomend Tunica. It's a nice drive up form Baton Rouge. Plus it has lots of great restaurants, golf courses, and CASINOS!!!

 

I think I'll stick with that Econolodge...a few LSUers on TD mentioned it and we've got a big dude coming with us.

 

Impossible to book a room a couple weeks before the game though.

 

I have a place, called the Dew Drop Inn, that rents shanties but only by the hour. It's your choice whether we send you some COMPANY or not.
