To be honest, I am not familiar with Grenada at all... We booked the room Monday. Hopefully we can make it in and out of the room safely.

Grenada is a little far, but if you are there the Econo is right off I-55.

For a weekend, assuming you do not want to stay in Oxford, you might think about a room at one of the casinos in Tunica or the Peabody or Hilton in Memphis. Either of those locations will put you pretty close to Oxford.

if thats the place I remember...we stayed somewhere near there when we left at the last minute a couple years back. it was reminiscent of the psycho movie/bates motel. (truckers, etc)

best place to stay is memphis or tunica.

i agree. For whatever reason filling up a hotel twice a year (furniture market) and then having good business for visitors going to State and Ole Miss games must be enough business to keep a hotel open all year. Who knew.

You can always try a bed & breakfast. It works for LSU home games and away games.
