I'm sure they have. But can you elaborate on what it is you are saying I don't think I get it.

Japan and Germany were conventional war, and not only that, they were Total War. There has not been a total war before or after World War II. The War was vital to its participants, the nations themselves were at stake and every nation took a side. Entire economies were mobilized and militarized, rationing was imposed for all citizens, taxes were raised to pay for it, all military aged men were drafted, war was conducted on civilian populations, million of prisoners were executed, it was total war. Japan and Germany had to be rebuilt from scratch. All the fire had been burned out of those people. And the victors were very generous with the defeated people.

Vietnam, Korea and Iraq were no Total Wars. Out national interests were not at stake, we had few allies, they were political wars intended to be small and we allowed them to expand into large wars, but they still were not total or vital to us. And none of them were won, either. We had no need to go all-in in a war that we should not have been in in the first place, but we found it difficult to get out of them. That is what we must be vigilant to not get into wars that are not vital to us and for which we have no end game plan. It just ends up with weakened countries that disintegrate into civil war, guerrilla war, and terrorism.

What's the difference between a suicide bomber and a kamikaze other than the target and device? The principle is the same.

VC's used to strap bombs on women and children as well.

The target makes a big difference.

I'm just saying the principle is the same, I know the target makes a difference to us, to them it doesn't.

No, suicide vests are intended to kill innocent civilians. It is a terror weapon, pure and simple.

The kamikazes were military weapons used against military targets. A Kamakaze was just a cruise missile with a very sophisticated guidance system.

But, to the suicide bomber there is no difference, they see it as an act of war, to them innocent civilians are military targets.

Fuck what they think. I'm telling you the difference.

War and mass killings of civilians are two different things. ISIS guerrillas on the ground in Syria are fighting a war. Terrorists killing civilians far from the battlefield are criminals and mass murderers, not soldiers.

Suicide is not the key factor here, it is honor. The kamakaze pilots seem crazy to us with our values, but we can see the honor in it. They killed themselves in order to sink enemy ships invading their country. The terrorists kill themselves to kill as many innocent civilians, women, and children as they can. There is no honor. It's not war. It's crime. It's sin.

It's gonna take a while, as a fifth of the world population is Muslim. I guess it would be worth the effort. I guess ultragenocide is so wonderful that the hard work is worth it.
