Les Miles displayed the WORST clock management Ive ever seen at the end of the 4th quarter. He gave Arky 49 seconds left to score a FG to win it. Thank God Nutt is a bigger idiot than Miles in that Arky did nothing with the gift that Miles gave them. Now I don't want to hear crap from the ones that see LSU through P&G glasses. LSU should not be playing all these games so close, we are by far the BEST team in the country. But we refuse to play like it. Im not starting a fire the coach thread or anything, but when it comes to clock management, Miles has no clue. Im scared next week. I hope to GOD we play UT next week, cause UGA rips us a new A-hole.
Everyone is waiting for the end of the game to rip you or agree with you. We win, Miles is God. We lose, Miles is gone.
Win or lose, Im right. LSU is trying to lose this game. 4th and 10 in OT and LSU blows a coverage. UNACCEPTABLE. I wanted to add to my thread that Pelini is HORSECHIT. He refuses to put pressure on the QB week in and week out. PLEASE Pelini, let this be your last season at LSU.
We ran that slant 3 times in the end zone, DONT YOU THINK THEY ARE GONNA FIGURE IT OUT SOONER OR LATER!
hmmmmm ... I think it was pretty average for him, actually ... he's the worst clock management head coach that I've ever seen ... he really needs to hire a rule/stats guy to stand next to him telling him how to run the clock
i'm praying that he goes to Michigan. But even they might not want him after that idiotic clock mgmt. LSU = Great Talent + Mediocre Coach = Good Team there will be no :crystal: with  at the helm. Let's all pray that he goes to MIchigan. Its our only hope.
I called for this I believe in his first season. Just like you said, hire someone to specifically tell you how to use your timeouts properly. That was flat out embarrassing. If he had done it once, ahh maybe you can get over it. But damn to call 2 quick timeouts back to back made me speechless. I mean this is just not acceptable by any stretch of the imagination. Luckily, Nutt was just as stupid with play calling on their series from near midfield. At that point in the game, neither team appeared to have much to brag about their head coach. It was a comedy of errors.
Ugh...as opposed to the multiple "fade" patterns we ran earlier in the game where Flynn couldn't make a good enough throw??? C'mon man. The slant patterns worked for us and you'd be praising the call for a slant had that last one not been intercepted.
