If anyone drops that 3 letter word, beginning in "h" and ending in "og", I will freak out on them, because the dude is hitting 50+% from the field, and they were on a 8-game losing streak, and it has turned into a 4-game winning streak.
I wont call him a complete ball hog because Phil gave him the green light and the Lakers have not found a player to support him either down low to take the pressure off of him or someone like a Pippen who doesnt mind being second man. I have seen many different stats that show they lose more games when he is doing all the scoring than not. The team needs chemistry if they plan on winning another title but it is almost impossible to get that when kobe is on the floor. BTW, I still hate Kobe.:hihi:
Tonight against GSW Kobe had 43 points.....and 0 assists....sure you'll be able to play like that and win against the Warriors. You can't win like that in the playoffs.
In order for him to get assists, he has to have someone on his team that is capable of making a shot other than him. he tried the whole "pass the ball to the clowns" thing last year.
Is Kobe the GM too? He tried it a lot this year too, though I don't expect Joe Average fan that doesn't watch basketball to know that. I'm guessing most myopians think that Shaq could win a title with Smush Parker as his co-star. Until Bynum develops, the Lakers will have less talent than about 80% of the league.
