We can not catch a break. Are TC and Peja ever coming back?

I'd assume they are being held out as a precaution until playoff time. They might be back sooner, but at this point, I'm becoming skeptical.

the problem with that is they run the risk of falling to the 8-seed and thus being man-handled by the Lakers in the 1st round.

Exactly. If they are healthy, they need to be playing. Every game is crucial at this point.

Comment made during the Spurs game that the Hornets have the toughest 10-game closing schedule in the league. Not the time to have your defensive force in the paint and your best outside threat "resting" for the playoffs.

I'm sure they aren't just "resting" them for the playoffs, but they have been rushed back a few times already and ended up back on the injured list. I think they are being overly cautious right now because they don't want to risk losing them for the whole playoffs.

The next three games are the Kings, Clippers, and Warriors. I don't think they need to rush back for those 3, but probably soon after they should be getting some minutes.

Jazz are in a similar boat. We really need to turn into a good road team down the stretch.

We face Portland, Denver, N.O., Dallas, Spurs, and Lakers on the road to close it out.
