    Of course it's a different era. Your post suggested to me that you thought Nick was the greatest coach in Bama history. If I misread it, I'll go look for a bridge.

    Why is this on an LSU board? Why would LSU fans bother to argue who the greatest coach is between two Bama coaches? SCREW Bama let their fans argue over that.

    actually CO i think it's a fair question. too lazy to look it up but i believe saban has surpassed the bear in NC's, sec's?

    I looked it up on Wikipedia. It said the Bear had 6 NCs & 14 SEC championships.
