Here it is, I'm a football fanatic, we're entering the heart of the football season, Florida in 2 1/2 weeks, and you've got me getting excited about basketball. WOW. Great news. Great info. Thanks and keep 'em coming.

Alright, two down, two to go. Some interesting tidbits regarding the last 2 scholarships:

-Terrance Henry is taking an official visit to LSU on Oct. 6.
-J'Mison Morgan is officially visiting UCLA soon, which can only mean bad news for us.
-Greg Monroe is still taking his time.

So these are most likely the main 3 targets for the remaining 2 scholarships, and it's possible that we won't get either of them. Hopefully, we'll have some good backup plans in store, like Wesley Witherspoon.

    Wow. The story from Scout.

Well, nbaone, clearly you're the man in the know. This is a very positive development, as Coach Dollar gets it done. Two pretty strong players from Atlanta, which set the groundwork for a future trail of other Atlanta players.

If we get Greg Monroe with this, and perhaps Henry or Morgan, this'll be a legit top 5-10 class, IMO.

:geauxtige :bball: :geauxtige LSU IS A BASKETBALL SCHOOL. BE A FAN.

Up!! Yea it's good to have a 6'11 245lbs in the paint.

The GATORS did it well ALL THERE BIG MEN WERE ABLE TO RUN THE COURT
Greg Monroe Dennis Harris Morgan can do just that......

Remember that while it will certainly be a stout class, Harris is actually not (notwithstanding Mr. nbaOne) that highly regarded. Not even Rivals top 150. Graham is more of a 4-star "worker" athletic type, but probably due to his "undersize" not one of the higher ranked SFs (Singleton would have been), as he's sort of that top 80-90 range guy. Obviously Monroe is #1 and the key to any top 5-10 class. If you add Morgan (sort of a top 30ish guy), or Henry (top 80ish) guy, you do have a very significant class, but not number one. Regardless, it will be a good enough class to have LSU competing seriously again.

UCLA has already committed like 4 top 60-75 guys, including the two top guards in Cali. Indiana, and others also have the chance to sign very good and deep classes.

I think if we sign Monroe and Morgan, we're legit top 5, and arguably top 3. If we sign Henry or Witherspoon, to go with Monroe, we could drop a little. I think at this point, if we sign Monroe, but lose one of the others, we're still probably top 10.
