That guy on Tigerbait says that when they interviewed him, he (Terrance Henry) said LSU is out. Then his coach tried to cover it up the next day or something.

Also, an Oklahoma State center is transferring today, leaving their frontcourt just as short-handed as ours for our Maui matchup. But what's interesting is that he's from Louisiana, and played with Terry Martin's team. Maybe he'll come here for the 2008 season? This is his profile. LSU offered him back in 2005.

Interesting news, but not sure anything will come out of it. More from ESPN:

I do remember our recruiting Kenneth Cooper... one of the better big man names out of LA that year, perhaps a top 85 kind of kid. He wants to pull a Terry Martin, and play closer to home, which generally I think is good when Butch and Brady go into N.LA and sell staying in the state to north LA kids that get woo-ed by the Big 12. However, I don't know how he fits in with LSU's plans. The kid averaged about 4+ ppg game at OSU, with some starting experience. Also, signing him takes away from one of the schollies that may be offered to Monroe, Morgan, Singleton, Henry, Harris, etc. I'd probably take 2 or 3 of our HS recruits right now over Cooper. Do I like the idea of another 6'10" big man (who may actually play big) on the front line? Yes, but it may be too little too late for Ken.

I see him heading to LA Tech, ULL or another LA school, unless Brady and Butch feel real insecure about 2008....

:geauxtige :bball: :champs: LSU IS A BASKETBALL SCHOOL. BE A FAN.

    Damn? Are you serious?

Throw in J'mison Morgan and Pierre Jordan or Greg Monroe and you've got a nice little class there.

I think thats a great pick up. he's tall and from his stats it looks like he's versitile. He also could be the key to opening up the ATL market for us. Tell Graham to get with it!
