Your point is valid and well made, I'm just questioning docking 2 stars from a kid who is supposed to be all world because of academics. They dont do that in football with the questionable students....
Apparently, we still have a shot at Anthony. He was spotted messing around with Terry Martin and Tasmin.
The Advocate reports that Garrett Green did commit: http://www.2theadvocate.com/sports/4268351.html?index=1&c=y. Here's Brady's logic. He needs wing shooters, especially if he's going to continue to emphasize a low post game. LSU needs consistency in it's jumpshooters, and that's the logic to signing Wright and Green (vs Adams). Green has some upside, b/c he's only been playing ball seriously for the last couple of years, he performed well in the AAU circuit this summer, and he's probably the first LSU recruit EVER out of Taft High School out of CA. We'll see how this one plays out. In any case, the Tigers are off of Martavius, and from what I was reading this week, he was starting to potentially look to add more visits to his schedule at other schools anyway, so he may have cooled on the Tigers. And, the Tigers have one more schollie, presumably to secure either Randolph (being hosted by Lazare and Tas' this weekend) or Tracy Smith. If they land Randolph, this will be a good class, that has a potential of being very good when kids like Hendrix and Green actually show up and start getting tutelage. :geauxtige :bball: :champs: LSU IS A BASKETBALL SCHOOL. SIX NBA LOTTERY PICKS ... AND COUNTING. ANTHONY RANDOLPH COULD BE ONE OF THE NEXT.
good to hear...now if we could just land randolph that would be a pretty good class coming in next year.
Anybody got an AR update? He's probably in Texas now, and will spill out some quotes to either Rivals or Scout w/in a few days...
Also, more stuff on Green- Here is the article released on Rivals today: http://lsu.rivals.com/viewprospect.asp?Sport=2&pr_key=57703#scouting
