As for getting Bo - I'd pass. We will probably have Tack and Voogd that year, plus Temple and Martin. Save a backcourt spot for J'Covan Brown of the 2008 class. The kid's supposed to be very athletic. He can shoot extremely well and drive, and he's from Texas.

As for the Green/Adams visit, I hope that a stray dog pissed on Green's shoes, and a random person offered Martavius a bucket of TJ Ribs. ;) Martavius, come here dammit.

:dis: Voogd isn't very good, at least not right now, and Temple is too slow to keep up with the likes of Ronald Steele -- and can't shoot.. Martin is a SG. Minor could blow up again and miss the year, he's simply undependable as a person.

Temple showed he can hang with anybody. Brady put him on the best guy every game and he did more than anyone thought he could. I was worried about JJ but we all know the outcome.

This isn't true. He couldn't hang with Ronald Steele and he couldn't hang with Farmar and Affalo of UCLA.

I don't have a problem with him starting as long as he brings more offense to the table though.

Look if he can hang with JJ he can hang with anybody. You can have games where you arent at your best or when the game plan isnt working. Temple will be the best defender in the league again. He will be a starter all year. Brady told me a few weeks ago that when you have someone like Temple on your team, you have to play him. Defense wins games and leads to transition points. And we know that LSU would like that a whole bunch. You can not sit your best defender, period, no matter how bad the offense is. We did just fine with him starting all year last year.:geauxtige :thumb:

BS. He can't hang with quick point guards and it showed against UCLA and Alabama. JJ Redick benefited from the multiple screens that they'd set against ACC competition all year and nobody took advantage of the fact that he is simply a slow white boy who can't create his own shot.

Until we got EMBARRASSED in the Final Four. We were not competitive at any time during that game, and that is because the offense was sucking hind tit.
