    Can't argue with that. It sounds like he has to me. Sometimes I remember back to when I was a late teen to 20 year old, and then I realize these kids do really well with all the expectations placed upon them.

    Les got the point across: no matter how good you are, you're not irreplaceable. There are lots of guys hungry to take your spot and show everyone what they've got.
