Atreus, your credibility is dwindling. Your second point is a complete lie. The government has used a cash accounting system since the inception of our country. Magically for the 4-5 years during the Clinton administration that we ran a budget surplus, the Republicans decided that we should actually be employing an accrual system of accounting, even though they were eager to get back to cash accounting as soon as GW Bush became President......not that it really mattered. Get your facts straight....
