Problem is when you put 8 to 10 in the box and stop the run and have no passing attack you end up with a game like what happened at the war chickens place.
No but reading a defense does make or break the success of a QB. Russell could run, that was where he became a playmaker in college. In the NFL just to many fast big guys to make you pay, kind of like what happened with tebow. Great in college, garbage in the pros
It goes both ways Stace, I know that. But this offense is not one that utilizes the talent that is there at WR. Part of it is scheme and the other is lack of QB talent and experience. Experience and practice help to develope cohesion. If you are only throwing when you have to and limiting your offense you can't expect not to have issues with dropped balls and off target throws. I'm sure I am merely speaking the obvious though.
