Pretty good source (close to him) that says he is leaning hard toward USC. Who knows with a teenager, but.. its a good enough source that I am posting this.

I don't think that SC has even given him an offer...

    Doubt that very seriously.

    Sounds crazy, they're on probation.

Unless something has changed from last time this rumor came out it is bogus.

Not worried. He will take some visits like almost all of our commits but nothing really to worry about IMO.

every time I see the kid, he's in purple and gold gear.

His uncle went to LSU. His daddy is in TAF, if I'm not mistaken.

Pretty sure the kid's a rock solid commit.

EDIT: I don't even think USC would want him. With less schollies to offer, why would you waste one on RB, when that's arguably their deepest position?

They'll have to recruit for needs only the next few years.

I don't think it's very attractive to recruits when you're on "NCAA death row".

...Or were you talking about South Carolina...in which case, I heard that Spurrier is leaving USCe to become the next offensive coordinator at LSU.

(OK I also like to start rumors...so what's wrong with that )

Like I said.. pretty good source.. says it came from the horse's mouth...

Something else interesting that he said Hilliard said... That the coaches at LSU are not that impressive to recruits.. its the facilities that bring them in. That the student-athletes are treated so much better at LSU than any other place he has been...

No one is saying you are making it up but someone is messing with someone or someone is taking it wrong. Almost the exact same rumor that was debunked 2 weeks ago. Hilliard confirmed with his own words too.

THe 2nd part of that is off too because that is the exact opposite of what his family, Hilliard himself, and his coaches are saying.

I love the way you threw in the nugget about "The coaches at LSU are not that impressive to recruits"

ABSOLUTELY NO BASIS FOR THAT STATEMENT. You can bash their playcalling, game management, etc....But they have done an excellent job recruiting, and it takes more than nice facilities to recruit.

    I call BS on that.
