    If he knew even a little bit, he'd be familiar with Operation Cyclone. Schroen was involved there first. And still it was really Cofer Black's brainchild....the same Cofer who was the former Vice Chairman for Blackwater. Which is really the crux of the success. It wasn't really CIA doing that work, it was a rogue PMC (how SAD). Think about it.....if the CIA had been there and pretty much ineffective over in-fighting and control issues, why would another group be able to come in and be successful?

    The CIA was actually there as far back as 1980. TNA didn't pull IED construction directions out of thin air.
