Thought this was funny. She actually deleted a few thousand "work" emails as found by the FBI.

That you spin the phrasing of this issues to align with your brand of liberal groupthink would be laughable if it weren't so sad.

    1. I've never said a single word about Jade Helm
    2. Obama's agenda is to take away our guns but thank God there are still enough strong constitutionalists to prevent it -- For now. Whoever the next Supreme Court Justice will decide the issue
    3. I' believe that kids should be vaccinated
    4. He may not be an avowed practicing muslim but it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see where his sympathies lie.
    5. Lois Lerner did attempt to use the IRS to persecute conservatives
    6. HRC's failure to act is as bad as if she had ordered troops to stand down. Then having the gall to lie to the families of the victims and blame it on on some YouTube video should be a crime.
    7. I never said should would be indicted. I hoped that she would but feared that just what happened would happen. If you or I had done exactly the same thing we would be on our way to prison,
    8. I'm not sure what "agenda 21 is all about or even if I'm for or against it
    9. Are you insane? Nobody but the farthest out fringe element believes that Common Core promotes homosexuality.
    10. Sharia law is not coming today or tomorrow but if we allow a significant number of muslims to move to this country we will eventually be as fucked a France. And it's going to get a lot worse for the French if they don't do something about their own problem soon.

Once again, more than 3 posters with miltary experience have said that the mishandling of classified material, whether intentional or not is a criminal offense. These "anonymous posters" have backed up their words with links to the law and to circumstances that show that other, less powerful and connected persons than the Clintons were made to pay a severe price for their misdeeds. Why shouldn't a presidential candidate be held to the same standards of justice?

And you, Mr. Anonymous large striped feline in NC, claim to be a successful businessman yet you support and espouse socialism. I don't believe you are any kind of businessman at all. You a a naive college student.

This is something EVERYONE should pay very close attention to because I firmly believe it is happening right under our noses. We had a discussion in another thread a while back about % and if you look around the number of towel heads isn't going down. It won't happen tomorrow but left unchecked it will happen sooner than we think.

But you cannot deny that each of these are conservative "causes" or conspiracies that never materialized as they were purported. Whether you espouse all of them or not is irrelavent; you support a candidate who does.

And the Director of the FBI carefully detailed in his press conference and again during his congressional hearing why the offenses they believe she to be guilty of are incorrect. He was unequivocal about it. He even became agitated that the Republican congressmen couldn't seem to understand the clarity of the law in this case. He was adamant that no "reasonable," which I took to mean sane, would bring this case to trial. So, no.....they haven't backed up anything. They were, and are, wrong. 100% wrong. And just because you believe them doesn't make it so.

I honestly don't care what you think I am. This is an anonymous chat forum so anyone can say they are anything. I don't run around the board offering business advice to people or touting my business acumen. All three of those guys have gone out of their way to tell us that they are experts. I am always weary of self-proclaimed experts, especially when they are on an anonymous chat forum and their "expert" opinion flies in the face of the legal judgement of the Director of the FBI.

I never said I was an expert on case law or anything on that matter. I only talked to what I know. It is illegal to mishandle classified information.

I have proven that with facts of law and previous cases.

The FBI confirmed her team mishandled classified information.

The fact they they will not recommend prosecution does not take those facts away.

Only a person who is Un-objective can come to a different conclusion.

Before Comey spoke, you guys said they wouldn't find a thing and that it was all made up. That was false.

After evidence of documents found, you guys now say she wasn't proved to have criminal intent, yet you ignore this is still an admission of mishandling classified information. Something we have said all along.

Now, you are still free to believe that the rest of the defense industry would be held to this standard, but I specifically linked two cases were no criminal intent was found, but people were prosecuted.

I also find it laughable that anyone here could actually suggest that it is not illegal to mishandle classified Information. It is written US law. There is no dispute in that.

For people to have called out Bush 5 years into Obamas term for a variety of shit and continue to call him a liar over the Iraq war, I find it strange you to defend the Clintons.

Wrong again, never said "expert" but I DO however know what consequences I or you would face for doing what she did and the outcomes would be very different. Ask David Patraeus

Comey stated very clearly that her case was nothing like Petraeus where he knowingly turned over classified documents to his mistress and then lied to the FBI about it. Very different cases.

You or I would only face consequences if we were still in government. Comey was also very clear in that the disciplinary measures he discussed (i.e. rescinding security clearances, etc.) would only apply to someone who was still a government employee. Clinton could not be subject to those disciplinary measures because she is no longer working in government. So, if you or I did the very same thing that she did, we would be subject to the disciplinary measures he discussed during his congressional testimony if we were still enlisted. If not, then there is nothing they can do. What she did is not criminal. If it were criminal then it wouldn't matter if she were still in government or not. Since it is a "carelessness" issue then the discipline would have been the equivalent of inter-office discipline.
