Is it a crime to destroy public records? I always thought so. If an email had a state.gov email address and a daily schedule of a government official, it becomes public record, as required by law from what I've always understood. Imagine my surprise....

"Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's longtime aide, testified last week that her boss burned her schedules while serving as secretary of state. 'If there was a schedule that was created that was her Secretary of State daily schedule, and a copy of that was then put in the burn bag, that ... that certainly happened on ... on more than one occasion,' Abedin told lawyers representing conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch, according to the New York Post.

While Clinton admitted to deleting personal emails from her homebrew server, this is the first time anyone in Clinton's State Department inner circle admitted to destroying public records while on the job.

The 'burn bag' is used to discard sensitive or classified documents. A former State Department employee told the New York Post it was unprecedented for a diplomat to handle schedules this way. 'I spend eight years at the State Department and watched as four U.S. ambassadors and two secretaries of state shared their daily schedules with a variety of State Department employees and U.S. officials,' Richard Grenell, a former diploma and U.S. spokesman at the United Nations "

Funny she could be so careful to remove records of her daily schedule, yet so fucking reckless with her private server. Yeah, she's just a good ole girl having difficulty finding the truth.

Look I think she should be indicted for something, but I'm not hopeful. Because it really really is all about the politics no matter what Obama and his Lynch say.

Ill-advised? Sure. But only unethical if they discussed Hillary's case.

    No.

I was responding the USCvball who said "Does this bitch really expect anyone to believe that their meeting in Arizona on Bill's private jet just before the results of Benghazi were announced was a "chance" meeting".

So I asked her to spell out what the attorney general or Bill has to do with a Senate Benghazi investigation. Which is nothing.

You know nothing about me. I know nothing about you except that you are incapable of political discussion and like to be an internet tough guy. One of us is certainly a dumbass.

But the whole controversy is about the personal emails that were not on the .gov account. Personal emails are not government records.

And there it is. He hammers her, says they found all the things the fruit loops said weren't there, says she was careless and that NEVER should those things be on THAT server.

And then let's her walk. God bless America

So not only were we right about the "infractions", but we were also right in assuming HRC's corruption would go unchecked.
