Yes they do. I am not defending her, I am defending the overwhelming amount of facts that have arisen over the course of this investigation. I am anxious for it all to end because I want to see how all of you react when it turns out the FBI doesn't ask for an indictment.

Not for this long, with this type of effort and this amount of resources. The Fed don't play that way and if for a minute you think they wouldn't love to hang a Clinton sized fish on the wall you need to wake up.

Not only that @Tiger in NC when they call someone in for an 'interview' they have her, in this case, in their sights. They usually have the case against the interviewee made and are using the interview to dig a deeper grave.
Funny first you said it was a Rebublican game, then you said the FBI wasn't involved, then you said it wasn't criminal, then you said she wasn't that target....now you you say nothing will come of it. Your track record sucks in this case.

Says who? You? You guys continually speculate about this but I've seen absolutely nothing to support the theory that just because the FBI is investigating something that there must be an impending indictment. It just doesn't work that way.

All of this started with the Benghazi committee which was never anything more than a Republican game intended to inflict political wounds on her prior to the election. Members of the party eventually slipped and spilled the beans. Gowdy tried to put it all back in the can and act like he was running a legit investigation but the damage was done. Then they called HRC to testify and she absolutely schooled them on national television. So yes, this did begin as a political game, Winston.

And it is not criminal. They are conducting a criminal investigation and that is a long way from what she did being criminal, which is what you are alleging. I stand by the fact that when the dust settles there will be no criminal misconduct found. No matter what Professor Pride thinks he knows that the FBI and law experts do not.

I think there should be high level indictments, but there won't be. Political pressure will force the fbi to move the indictment down the food chain
