we will see soon enough. I am not a Hillary fan but I have read too many legal opinions on this and she will not be indicted. I am a Bernie supporter so I guess if we get right down to it....if she were indicted it wouldn't kill me because my guy would be the nominee and I've thought all along he is the stronger of the two GE candidates. But it just isn't going to happen...

extremes are measured by their basis...in this case the country is no longer center right and it hasn't been in a while, hence Republicans winning the popular vote only once in the past 24 years. the country is center left and leaning further left. So what Sanders is proposing isn't extreme at all.

So in your 24 years calculation that means you count Perot's votes with Clinton? Really?

what in the hell are you talking about? seriously?

I do not have to add Perot's votes to Clinton's for Clinton to win the popular vote in those elections. He won the popular vote and the electoral college in both and handily. So yes, outside of the 2004 election, the last time a Republican won the popular vote was in 1988 when George Bush defeated Dukakis (sp?).

Whether she is indicted or not depends upon whether Obama is brazen enough to ignore the FBI's findings and flout the law. The FBI doesn't investigate people unless they are already pretty sure a crime has been committed. The reason this investigation is taking longer than the investigation of Jared, the footlong pedophile is the sheer volume of evidentiary materials they have to go through. I don't know where you are reading your "legal opinions" but the source must be in the funny pages.

We will all know the results of the FBI's investigation; the case is too high profile to think otherwise. If the FBI recommends charges the Justice Department will have no choice but to act. Obama will have no influence over it even if he can. If that were to happen, I assume Obama would pardon her upon leaving office much the same way that GWB did for Scooter Libby but she would be effectively done as a candidate and Bernie would likely be the nominee.

Bull crap. Investigations are started because there is a suspicion of wrongdoing but they are conducted impartially to find if those suspicions are valid or false.

When the FBI is suspicious the odds that the subject is guilty are so high that even Vegas wouldn't take the bet.
