thanks for telling me you are right....I can rest a little easier now. if you are truly right then there should be an indictment, right? if so, when the FBI doesn't ask for an indictment are you then going to tell me that the Federal Burearu of Investigation has allocated hundreds of human resources to investigating the things you allege but they are all wrong and you have it right?

I have not claimed to be an expert on data security, but you have. I have provided article after article to support my side of this argument but all you have given me is that you know better than me and if the FBI doesn't indict her then they are all wrong too.
Oh, you've made it quite clear that you have "real world experience" and that I am wrong. But that is the problem, please show me something more credible than your opinion. Again, let me reiterate to you that when the FBI concludes their investigation and they do not ask for an indictment I am going to come back and ask you why not.

We told you, if they don't then watch Comey resign, probably retire to a comfy mountain home never to be heard from again. I don't think they can buy him but I'm sure they can find a way to "influence " his decision. I know you think our government is above those types of shenanigans but that would be your 1st mistake.

You mean the IG reported to the state department that there were two emails that were classified which the state department rebutted by saying that they were not classified when they were sent to her from the state department.

    please

I've already rebutted this silliness.....the state department confirmed that the two emails in question were not classified when they were sent to Clinton's private server. So, no, I don't guess they are expert enough.

You fail to understand that in order for the FBI to even be considering an indictment they would have to believe that the leaking of classified materials are intentional.

His first and continuing mistake was to defend the indefensible. Deep down I can't believe that the really believes she is innocent of wrongdoing. Only a moron could believe that. NC is just trying to be as stubborn and hardheaded as his mentor, Red

It has been pointed out by more than one poster with experience in handling classified materials that it doesn't have to be intentional. Even negligent and careless handling of such materials is a crime.

I am only defending the law here and I've been clear about that time and again. If I thought her indictment would mean Bernie could be the nominee I would be all over it, but I live in reality where facts matter and she has not broken the law and will not be indicted. Do I think she's stepped dangerously close to the line? Absolutely. Illegal? Naw.....

when I am right, I don't back down friend.....we'll see who is right soon enough.

and here is your problem....you are taking legal advice from someone with experience in handling classified materials.....not a lawyer. I was in the AF for 6 years working as a TACP, or JTAC as they are called now, and I understand as well as any of these guys, if not better, about handling classified materials. But facts are facts and she has not broken the law....she's done enough for it to make good political fodder for conservatives but it isn't illegal and you will see this soon enough.

Ok sure, but one thing is certain if I had placed secure messages on my non secure personal computer, I would have joined my friend in Leavenworth, whose crime by the way was not properly destroying old messages.
