Exactly, Clayton Lonetree lost his career because he gave out information to a Russian hooker that she could have gotten from walking into the embassy and looked at the directory on the wall. Sad that this bitch is going to be shielded from her just due.

 

Anyone who has access to this stuff has training. SO they either slept through it or intentionally broke the law.

It doesn't matter if they didn't intend for bad things to happen. Its a law so that negligence doesn't lead to information leak.

Knowing her she gave commands to get and retrieve the info. But the fact remains that SOMEONE physically removed the info and sent it to her.

 

i am pretty sure that they have ruled out any hacking but even if there had been hacking, at least as that specific law reads, she would have had to do it intentionally. in fairness, i'm not a lawyer....just a perceptive reader.

 

you still have not addressed the fact that this law you have cited is irrelevant to this case and that is why it is not one of the things being looked at by the FBI. so typical of you....

These are the same people who would put diesel into a gasoline engine. The nozzle won't fit so you have to make a special effort to do it. Then when thr car won't start will claim that the pump wasn't marked diesel at the time they did it.

 

You guys are referring to one e-mail chain between HRC and Jake Sullivan. It's the one where she tells him to "turn into non paper with no identifying heading and send non secure..." This is the entire firestorm but here's the problem with it....regardless of what she said in the e-mail the information was never turned into non paper and sent non secure. Later that day they were able to send the talking points via a secured fax as they originally discussed.

 

Like you know and the public knows everything the FBI is looking at....
