You should read the things you post and yes, of course I know what SIPRNeT and NIPRNet is. I've read that this is one of the things that the FBI is looking into but the statute that you posted is not applicable to this because they would have had to use the information in question to the detriment of the interests of the US government.

 

they would have to prove intent to share that information with our enemies for it to be applicable. there is a reason why this is not one of the supposed charges against her.

you allege that she moved it to an unsecured network but she has not been accused of violating the law you cited. i explicitly went through the four things she has been accused of violating by Republicans and that the FBI is apparently investigating. if you have information otherwise then lay it out there

It is impossible to send and email from the SIPRNeT to any other network or have one sent to it. Someone would literally have to physically move cables around.

This is the part where we lose the slow kids. They don't understand that one system doesn't talk to the other. I thought this was the case early on in this thread because that is what I remember from my time in. It takes an concerted effort to get it from one to the other, a deliberate "you know what you are doing and you know it is wrong" type of effort.
