Look. We are not on a jury. This isn't a courtroom. But from the many, many news reports from many sources from left to right and the statements of former military people who have familiarity with the legalities of handling classified material it is very obvious that she broke the law. The only reason she wouldn't be indicted is if Obama told the Justice department not to.

I want for Bernie to be nominated too but for the same reason I wanted Obama to be nominated over the Hilledbeast. So that she would not become president. I didn't think Obama would actually be elected. I was wrong about that but I still don't think Americans would put an avowed socialist in office. If they do they are even more gullible and stupid than I thought.

 

she broke the law the moment she set up an unsecured server at her home. she broke the law the moment she said there was no classified documents on her server. she broke the law the moment she deleted said documents she claimed she never had. she also then moved the server to a pvt organization which is just as highly unauthorized and illegal.

not to mention stripping classifications from official documents is beyond illegal.

 

NC is coming with very compelling thought out evidence backed with actual laws. Can you reference the law she broke with the specific action of setting up the outside account? I'm not doubting anyone here, I just don't know. I know what she did was wrong and NC seems to agree. The question is, was it illegal. So far everyone debating NC has come up short in coming up with any evidence showing that. I hope he's wrong but I just haven't seen anything posted here yet that is a smoking gun.

 

let's see your evidence that she has broken laws then, Shane. Like I said before if it is so clear cut that she broke the law then show us your evidence if it.....maybe we'll rush it on over to the FBI so they can complete their investigation. I"m sure they are just holding out for you.....

 

This. What she did was wrong, just not illegal. The Clinton's are masters of living on the edge of the truth. I am not defending the Clinton's per se, just reciting what most experts are saying about the case.

In all seriousness, this is where I think that conservatives should be outraged by their preferred news outlets because this makes the ump-teenth time that a "scandal" like this has arisen only to have it peter out when what is being reported doesn't actually happen. Your answer is proof positive of what I am saying. I asked you to give me evidence of her criminality and I am sure that you guys have scoured the internet for anything credible but it just isn't out there. Everything in this case has been "reports," "anonymous sources" and guys like Tom DeLay who say they know a guy who knows a guy....

I wouldn't be so sure about that. I do not believe that the label of socialist or communist holds the same negative connotation today as it did in the past. Millenials are very comfortable with it as they make up the majority of his voting bloc.
