everyone lies, Pride......the worst are the ones who lie and say that they do not lie. it does not change the fact that she isn't going to be indicted and she isn't going to jail. it doesn't mean i like her, it means that i like the facts

Bottom line is the handling of classified material doesn't have different rules for different people. For instance, if you take the word "secret" off the heading of a document you didn't just un-classify the document, you did however commit a crime. See, simple. Even you can follow.

Before you go there, I have said all along, if this is widespread and you are going to use the "well others did it too" well I have been pretty clear, lock their asses up with her.

The doubt isn't on whether or not she has run afoul of the law. We all know that to be true. The big question is how far will the corruption run to cover it up .

If it were true and as straightforward as you claim this would be all over and done by now. It isn't done because it's not black and white. I have said many times that she was playing with fire by doing what she did, whether it was legal or not.....just look at the political firestorm it has cost her. But what you are referring to as a crime was not made illegal until she left her post as Secretary of State. I have been very clear that she is dancing around a lot of gray area and that seems to be something the Clinton's are very good at......I acknowledge that and she will not get my vote in our primary here in NC tomorrow because of it. That said, what she did isn't criminal and she will not be indicted. Further, if the FBI chooses not to ask for an indictment you guys will finally have no choice to admit that you were wrong. I mean, unless you want to argue that the FBI is somehow in on it too.

On a separate note, the Republicans are about the nominate the only man on earth who unfavorables are worse than hers. If they ran anyone sensible, say Kasich, I wouldn't vote for her. But if it's her or Trump then she's my girl.....hands down.

 

I'll give you credit though, you sure do make a valiant effort to find the words in a lot of posts. Keepy trying, you'll get there. May have to invent some new words though.

there is no gray area when it comes to securing classified material. In fact no unauthorized person has to even view it for it to be considered compromised. and compromising security is a crime. But you are correct nothing will be done, and yes if the fbi doesn't indict they are in on it also.

 

What I said and what she did has been illegal since the birth of classified documents. There is no doubt about that. This isn't about the "server" for me, it is mishandling information. Now, how far they are willing to go to protect her is the question. The FBI has plenty enough to charge her and I'd bet a grand jury has already been summoned
