Unfortunately, unless one has been granted a security clearance, and then have been read into a special access program, they do not know what they are talking about. Reading about laws on classified material in the public domain are well and good.

If however, one has been read in, trained, and then signed his or her name, they do understand how explicit the instructions are within the system of the requirement to safeguard this level of compatmented/classified material.

It is not random when the special security officer says, "Are you ready to sign your life away?"

As one who has a bit of experience, I was dumbfounded when she was not arrested IMMEDIATELY upon disclosure of her unsecured server.

Let me assure you, if Lt HWR had run a private server in my home with 1/bra-zillionth of what reasonable expectations of what SECSTATE would have had (forget what has surfaced) I would be typing from Ft. Leavenworth. There is a 100% certainty of that. 100%.

This has long been NOT ABOUT HILLIARY, but to extent the Democrats (and frankly any party in power) will go to preserve their candidate of choice. This is the archetypical example of the means being justified by the end.

The President, Attorney General and all the DoJ political hacks have sold their souls on this one.

For those of us that have filled out an EPSQ, for those of that have dealt with sensitive material we know, beyond a shadow of a doubt that she is guilty and that anyone else this careless would have been locked up long ago. The media and the public don't possess the mental acuity to process what is at hand so it gets whitewashed with fancy spin. This is one despicable and desperate bitch and there are not words to express how much I truly hate her.

This is the central tenet to the conservative argument here.....any one who doesn't believe that HRC is guilty of a serious criminal offense just doesn't know what they are talking about. And further, we are supposed to believe that Mr. Halloween Run is so versed in the security apparatus of the US government that you can say with certainty that laws have been egregiously broken. Probably not. Don't forget there is precedent in this case. First, we know that the past several Secretary of State's, across both Dem and Repub administrations, have used private e-mail accounts along with their government account. Second, there is no sign whatsoever that HRC knowingly sent anything that was classified at the time. David Petraeus actually did what you guys are accusing Hillary of doing, knowingly sent classified materials to his lover, and he got a slap on the wrist with probation. So your argument that anyone else but her would have been locked away immediately has no precedent as it pertains to the truth.

The Democrats are not protecting her. I don't know where you are getting this crap....

Once again you guys want us to believe that Shane and HWR, two guys on an anonymous chat forum, are the experts on security clearances and you are not. If this is so cut and dry then she would have been locked away long ago. I realize that you hate her and want desperately to see her taken to jail but that doesn't change the fact that she hasn't broken any laws.
