Well this is what investigations are for. You and I can argue this until we are blue in the face but until the FBI renders a conclusion to their investigation we are merely speculating. Based upon everything that I have read, this hasn't changed much from what we originally knew....nothing criminal but not exactly following the policy of the government or current administration either. So, for those who do not like her they will have one rung on the ladder of reasons they do not like her and for those who do it will not matter. More importantly, come election day it will be further from voters minds if she is up against Donald J. Trump. I have a feeling that there are a host of skeletons in Trumps closet that no one bothered digging through initially because they didn't take him seriously. Jeb Bush's campaign has admitted as much.

 

So are you saying that as SoS she would not have had anything to do with classified information? Is that your statement? I'd rethink that before you confirm.

 

You need to catch up on reading comprehension my friend. The significance of this article is that she wrote Emails that should have been and now are classified. It is the responsibility of the author of a document to properly classify it. She either didn't because of ignorance (the most charitable possibility) or deliberately left it unclassified which is a crime.
I believe that the FBI will ask for an indictment. The interesting question is what the Justice Dept and President will do. Follow up is what Comey will do if they refuse. It would be delicious if a Saturday Night Massacre ended up upsetting HRCs apple cart. The irony would be mind blowing.
About your point of lies. Yes most if not all politicians stretch the truth and fade facts. The shear breadth, depth and audacity of her lies is exponentially greater than any other politician in the country. She appears to have no conscience and her lies are one piece of evidence to that. Her corruption is so deep that she is truly a bad person. Surely you can't in all honesty compare her lies and actions with others, liberal or conservative, republican or democrat.

 

Of course not and you're being facetious now. The question here is whether any laws were broken. If so, and I assume the FBI will determine once and for all, then HRC will have to face the music just like any one else. That is my position on this and has been since it started. That being said, if not....if all that she did was to break with intra-governmental policy and administration rules then we move on with the election.

 

I don't know about that my friend, I think perhaps you are the one who needs to do some catching up on reading comprehension. The use of a private server wasn't made illegal until HRC left the State Department. Obama signed the update to the Federal Records Act in 2014 that made it illegal for a government official to do so. According to the rules of the law during her tenure HRC complied fully with the law.....if you don't believe me, take a look for yourself

Again, her practices were obviously outside the lines because the laws changed right after she left office but the truth is that no laws were broken. Further, Republicans are manipulating the fact that any time government data is set for public release it is a common practice for the information to be reclassified if the State Department or any other public agency believes the information might be harmful to them if made public.

Not if the FBI doesn't ask for an indictment. The question will then be, what will you do? I predict another freak out.....

Oh NC you avoid the fact she wrote a classified email and sent it through an unsecured system and server. That is a crime. Likewise improperly classifying a document that should be also a violation. Those are clear violations where she has no excuse.

Well if the FBI doesn't ask I'll be very disappointed but not surprised. Unfortunately politics is so deep in DC what would happen outside the district (indicting the bitch) is much less likely.
