Whether HRC is indicted will be purely a political decision by your heart throb BO. There is plenty of evidence in the now public record to know she has broken several laws with her emails and home brew server. No they are looking at her foundation and potential criminal actions there. I think absent the election year she would be already pleading for relief and to stay out of jail.
You know I admire Bernie's honesty but his administration would be exponentially worse than W's or BO's. As I said (and he does as well) he is a socialist pure and simple. Well things are getting hot in HRC's camp @Tiger in NC. Here is a Wash Post article saying she wrote 104 classified emails using her private server and email. No excuses work here. She was responsible for classifying them and didn't. She also has lied again (no surprise there). The FBI is going to ask for an indictment and what is the White House & Justice Dept going to do then? HRC is the most corrupt person to run for president since Nixon maybe more corrupt.
