    Watching Smerconish on CNN right now. Michael Mukasey, a former US Attorney General said back in 2011 an email exchange between Hillary and one of her staffers you find that there were a CLASSIFIED set of talking points Hillary was waiting on. Hillary instructs the staffer that if I can't get a secure fax, turn it into non paper with no identifying heading and send non-secure.

    There it is folks.

    SHE TOOK THE FUCKING SECURE MARKINGS OFF.

    Mukasey said that she of course knew how all of this worked. He went on to say about other obviously classified docs based purely on what was contained in the docs, said she would have to be a "low grade moron" not to know that these documents were classified.

    How all this may work itself out (based on Mukasey), if the FBI director Comey recommends a charge brought and the Attorney General decides no, you'll see people resigning and going public along the lines of the Saturday Night massacre (Nixon watergate). If the Attorney General says yes, then a deal will be struck between Clinton and the White House.
