It didn't seem testy at all until some doofus tried to interrupt the dialog by talking about the timetable. The guy asked a legitimate, if somewhat rambling, question and Hillary answered it directly.

I didn't read the article but I did hear that she acknowledged that some of the laws Bill put in place didn't work as planned. Not sure what that means but I still think the whole thing was staged
