March 15-17, 1990: UT hosts NCAA Regional. Michigan State advances with 62-58 victory against UCSB, and Georgia Tech (led by Dennis Scott and Kenny Anderson) rallies from 17 down to beat LSU (led by Shaquille O'Neal and Chris Jackson). http://www.knoxnews.com/news/2007/nov/02/important-dates-thompson-boling-arena/ go figure...
Welcome to the board. LSU is a unique place so try to take it in. Unfortunately, there probably will be no excitement at the PMAC tomorrow, though.
it took me a second, but due to the fact that that your nickname is stingpower and you speak of the lethal weapons game that knocked the tigers of the tourney in '90 (i hated that game, that was one of LSU's best teams ever) i knew you were a member of the ramblin wreck. well, that and you said you had GT stuff on today. but anyway, welcome to the board, it's a good day for LSU sports and we hope you enjoy the visit here. it looks like the weather will cooperate. and we promise not to mention the 2000 peach bowl either.:thumb:
Not confusing at all. He's a Ga Tech fan who watched Tech beat up on Youngstown State and now is going to spend a day watching Tiger Sports, including the Baseball game because he's always wanted to see Alex Box. He's probably a dead ringer for Spence on King of Queens.
