Thanks to everyone who has responded. Now for the bad news. Several LA. recruits who LSU has a lot of ground to make up on before signing day 1) DeSean Smith 2) Tim Williams 3) John Diarse 4) Ricky Jefferson. The good news is that at WR, the southeast easily has 10-15 WR's that are better than anything in Louisiana this year including John Diarse. DeSean Smith would be the biggest loss should he not become a Tiger. I have him ranked as the #1 player for 2013 for the state. Tim Williams could move up to #2 with continued improvements. Disclaimer I am not saying they are not going to end up at LSU, I am simply saying, "LSU is not in the comfortable lead like you may expect."
Thanks for coming by and posting Gino. Always enjoy reading your interviews and insight. Welcome aboard! Looking forward to your updates as well.
Gino has his sources. And I don't think it is that uncommon knowledge based on who he posted. Ricky is for obvious reasons that don't need to be talked about. Everyone knows about Diarse and his tweets during NCG. He himself has said he+mom are Bama fans too. Don't know why people kept saying Smith was a LSU lock because he hasn't ever indicated so. Williams has been known for awhile, even before LSU offered him. I don't like this trend that Bama seems to be getting on Louisiana recruits faster than LSU. Seems like it is starting to hurt us. Rumors 2014 RB Fournette is a Bama lean too. I have no idea how true that is. He'll easily be one of the best players in the state next year...
