My bud Bhelm told me about this site and I will give some tidbits from time to time. When talking to recruits, we oftentimes hear that a recruit is wide open in the process. Contrary to a fans' perspective, a football player does not look at schools the same way a fan does. A player has his own agenda, and goes with what will work best for him, ie, depth chart, position coach relationship, wanting to leave state to have a new lease on life, playing closer to home because parents want to be close, and how that school runs a scheme that will accentuate the players talent. LSU should have a very good recruiting class for 2013 all things considered. The only aspect that is most difficult to discern is the numbers. Most attrition begins in the spring and ends before June 7th. Once attrition completes itself, we can better be able to alert you of the number of targets LSU has for 2013. There are some good folks on this board as I recognize a lot of names. Hope everyone has a great Tiger Day! Geaux Tigers Gino
Before the Gunner Kiel recruitment I had no idea who you were but you're insight was spot on with a few recruits so we're lucky to have you stop by. We appreciate any insight you bring.
Just to let you guys know over here, after talking to Rod Crayton the behemoth Defensive tackle from Dadeville, Al, he has LSU in the lead at this moment. I could not say it in the interview, because he wants to enjoy visits to other schools. His relationship with Coach Brick haley has been cemented on very solid ground. Sometimes I will have to give hints because of the request of the recruit, to not be forthcoming for his specified reasons.
