Great win. Much better play calling and less predictability, but the vertical passing game is still nonexistent. DIdn't need it today, but we will at some point in the season.
I think doing that at the end of the game yesterday was more about Heisman exposure than anything else. For that reason only I was ok with it.
He was a member of the "hands team" for kick-off returns. There was a chance they would on-side or pooch kick it. Nothing more to it than that. #7 may have had instructions to fair catch it. But it definitely slows down the media frenzy of asking about his knee...
I'm not so sure about thst. It wasn't like he lined up at the 40. Either way I have no problem with it.
