Hey Boys and Girls! Just wanted to introduce myself. Obviously a Buckeye fan but I'm trying to find a good LSU site. I've visited a few others but was told that there is some good debate here without a ton of flaming. I can't wait for our game together. We have two heavy weights getting ready to tee off against each other. Both sides have something to prove and it should be a great battle IMO. On a personal note, so you guys know a little about my background and intentions here. I visit a TON of scout site boards and post regularly. I love debating football and talking about the stuff that matters. I tend to not get into flaming with others, just not as fun to do. I also have a connection to New Orleans. I was stationed in Biloxi for a bit of time and spent more than a few weekends indulging in some good times and fast women. My hangout, about 10 years ago, was the Wild Bar. New the owners and employees on a first name basis by the time I left the south for a new duty. Some of the best times in my life were spent in Biloxi and New Orleans. I got to experience the culture and the people. Some of the best people in the country IMO. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and I'll be posting in some threads and maybe starting a thread or two leading up to our game. Here's to a GREAT game with two storied programs.
Well you got off on the wrong foot with your thread title. The gals on our forum are going to be pissed. Trust me, you don't want to piss 'em off.
Great introduction. Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to some educated if not slightly impassioned prognostication... My boss is a buckeye so I'm already working on friendly, balanced banter. now tell us what you really think
Welcome to the best LSU board on the Net. Sounds like you enjoyed your tour at Keesler. You'll find some very knowledgeable posters here. We talk a little smack now and then, but mostly among each other. Looking forward to January 7th. See what I mean. It only took 22 minutes.
Never been to Ohio, so I can't offer an opinion of the folks up there. Have spent all my life in Louisiana and love it - wouldn't want to be anywhere else! Welcome to the forum. My prediction: Tigers - 34 Buckeyes - 27
I'm all for the good natured ribbing. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Yes, I definitely enjoyed my time at Keesler.
