I'm sure he can go anywhere and be successful but if he ends up at Ole Miss I don't see him being on the same stage as he would with LSU or USC. Not only the media but the supporting cast on the field with him.

lol...I saw this on the USC boards. Just goes to show LSU fans are not the only ones that are never satisfied. The first guy is actually complaining about having too many 4/5 star guys because it's hurting there recruiting of McKnight

after Broderick Green decommits
they will have struck out on EVERY player out of the West region. Instead of putting the full court press on guys like local DT Price, the coaches thought for whatever reason Austin was coming across the country to USC. Why? How many times will USC have to come in second place before they realize it's waste of time.

maybe if they wanted a game breaker like McKnight they shouldn't have ten 4/5 star RB on the roster already? then again he was never coming anyway.

oh well top ten class is pretty good.

We should NEVER have gone after players like Jarrett, Rivers, Cushing, LenDale, Byrd, Booty, Hazelton, Turner, Fred Davis, Mays, Moody, and every other out-of-stater that Carroll has chased.
They add nothing to the program. Their presence on the field has cost us at least FOUR games that I know of in the past four years.
I don't know when Pete Carroll is going to wake up and just stay in California and compete for the best players in this state. He's leading the program down the path of destruction if he insists on going after out--of-state losers like Everson Griffen and Kris O'Dowd.
I'm willing to bet that in a couple of years, our average 12-1 records will be more like 7-5, 6-6 and 5-7.

You wouldnt have read it, it was supposedly an audio clip. I was chatting with my cousin in New Orleans and he said to watch out for McKnight. He heard an audio clip on the Big 870 from McKnights Grandfather.

"He's not telling us anything, he says he's going to surprise us when he makes
his announcement Wednesday." These are McKnight's words to his grandfather.

That doesn't mean it's going to be a "surprise" in the sense that you used it. It could mean that his family will be happy that they will get to see him play every weekend. :grin:
