Oregon State lost to #15 Utah, thus, USC should be ranked below Utah. No need to comment, I like my logic better!
It depends on which team a 1 loss team looses too. Example: LSU-looses to Florida, who ends up going (10-2 reg season), and LSU wins the SEC championship game against a UF or UGA OU-looses to UT, who ends up going (10-2 reg season), and OU beats Mizzou in the Big 12 Title game USC-lost to OSU who could potentially have 4-5 losses and then USC doesn't have an additional Conference Championship game In this scenario, there is noway USC makes it to the national title game. I just can't see the coach's and harris poll doing that. So it depends on the situation. Now if the SEC champ has 2 losses, then maybe USC gets in, but I think that is debatable if the 2 losses are to formidable opponents.
USC could not stop the "Quiz" from OSU, UTAH not only stopped him they came back from 11 down in under 2 minutes. OSU has already lost to Stanford..............USC got a pass last year with the Stanford loss, I think be the end of the season the Pac10 won't even be BCS worthy. The negative press for PAC10 is piling up, the computers will catch up.:geaux:
Maybe not for an at large, but the Pac-10 will at least be in the Rose because of their tie-in. That's why USC was there last year, it wasn't a pass.
