I hear ya. Its too hot most of the time. Its great in Nov thru March. I really want to move to East Tennessee, but my wife is in the PhD program at USF, so I am stuck here for two more years at least.
OK then. I won't use numbers for you. In the 4th quarter of a game which was pretty much already won, with 2 starters out on the D-line and our best LB watching with an injury, MSU moved the ball in garbage time. Because they LOST. To a team far inferior to LSU. Yet you said "we're not on their level". If you think we're going to show up in the Swamp with as little emotion as we had vs. MSU, then you haven't watched this team EVER before this past Saturday. I'm not going to tell you it can't happen. Hell it might. We'll have to wait and see. Being banged up pretty badly was a bigger contributor to the Arky loss than being on Cruise Control.
You can't see me StaceyO, but I am bowing down! Actually, per Sabanfan, I found that I am retarded. I guess I am supposed to agree or just shut the hell up. If not, I am special. But I am happy that you think I am smarter than I was. Maybe I'll tell Sabanfan and he'll reconsider.
Taking offense to something I said...Imagine that. Lighten up batgirl. Its just me vs ten of ya. I didn't pull an OSU tactic and call you guys stupid, toothless, or uneducated. If anyone was offended by my spelling, I apologize. :thumb:
I'm trying to talk football as well. I guess I just need to let being called a retard roll off my back. I'll try to disregard the insults and stick to the topic at hand. That said, that kid Julio Jones is an incredible talent.
Whatever you say, retard :hihi: (sorry, couldn't resist) Haven't seen him play yet, but hopefully I'll get to this weekend if work allowss me to.
Not sure how to argue with a guy who says I'm dumb because I live where I was born and raised, own property, raised my kids and make a nice living. Guess I'll move to Tampa and become a Bucs fan. Suncoast, I'll bet, was the loudest "We are the greatest" buffoon after we won the :crystal: last year. I know the type. "LSU BETTER MAKE ME HAPPY OR ELSE!"
As for injuries, they are part of the game. I think the team was distracted in the Arky game. In the UK game, they let up and the TE dropped a TD that would have put the game away. I expect both teams in the Swamp to show and play with alot of emotion. There is no margin of error for the Gators now. They must win out. We will get their best effort. I think after watching the Miami game and the Ole Miss game, our coaches understand the best way to neutralize Tebow is to pressure him and make him stay in the pocket to beat you. The problem then, for us, is you have to be able to cover the TE and the RB. And as a team, if we've had any struggles, its been with that.
yeah, well, you know, there's medicine for that. But you have to have one of those outside bathtubs or something....
