One game will not change my opinion. That's not to say that I can't be changed but until I see actual QB development and more fire from Miles I'm not going to jump on any keep Miles bandwagon because we beat some overrated team.
all teams seem overrated when they lose. ole miss is damned good and clearly deserving of their ranking. LSU just outplayed them. credit miles for the fire you saw in this team who left their guts on the field.
I can't say it any better than you just did, so I won't bother to reply. How he didn't see fire from Miles tonight, I will never know. We were all heart, and we get our heart from Miles.
Did I only mention one criteria? Everyone is high on the horse after a win. That's fine. If we had loss you'd all be hiding as the forum would be swarmed. Enjoy the win, I am.
I wouldn't be hiding. I would have still been proud of what I saw on the field tonight. This young team is growing up and getting strong. It's not out of the question that we could win out, and that would be extraordinary with how shitty mid to late September was for this team.
Well, not if you think you are seeing "trends". LSU is ranked and moving up, the two losses have only come to top-5 teams and we also beat a top five team. In a rebuilding year with a rookie quarterback. What's the problem? We play in the SEC West! We play five to seven ranked teams every year, more than most teams. We have beaten a top-10 team in each of the last 5 years. If you don't care about consistent 10-win seasons in the SEC, I can't imagine what would please you. You ain't playing, amigo. This LSU team is working hard and doing well and deserves our support. We appreciate that.
